#419

Eu quero ficar sozinha
com os meus pensamentos,
só um pouco.

Não,
não me assusta o seu veneno.

Não me assusta.

Quero ser capaz de me sentar sozinha

e bebê-los
- até a última gota.

Há algo aqui a ser provado.

Eu posso ser forte
e sobreviver à eles
ou posso ser pequena
e fraca demais
para suportá-los,
para suportar a mordacidade
da vida.

Talvez eu devesse
tomar algo mais doce.

Como tenho feito.
Como fiz.
A vida toda.

A doçura vicia.
E impede você de desejar
outros sabores.

Só o doce
e a água.

A verdade não reside no vinho
e sim na água.

Limpa.
Clara.

Leva embora a ilusão doce
e deixa você

incolor
inodoro
insípido

humano

- como você é
quando retira
a máscara.

É a água que me assusta.

I want to be left alone with my thoughts for a while.

No, I’m not afraid they’re poison.

I’m not afraid.

I want to be able to sit alone with them
And drink them up.

I want to prove something here.

Either that I’m strong,
that I can survive them
Or that I’m too weak and small
To take them,
To take the bitterness of life.

I’d be better given sweeter drinks.
I’ve had them.
Whole life I have.

Sweet is addictive.
It prevents you from enjoying other flavors.
It stops you from wishing other tastes.

It’s sweet drink and then water.
Truth doesn’t dwell in wine, but water.

Clear.
See through.

It washes the sweet illusions away and leaves you

Colorless
Inodorous
Insipid

Human

As you are when you take off the mask.

It’s water I’m afraid of.

#22 Fobia │Phobia│

Eu tenho medo da dor de amar o céu
e pertencer ao inferno,
tenho medo de ir embora
quando deveria ficar.
Tenho medo do topo da montanha
e do olho do telescópio,
tenho medo de cair e de me machucar.
Eu tenho medo do ar, do fogo, da água e do vento,
tenho medo dos lugares onde o meu pensamento
pode me levar,
tenho medo do barulho que a água faz quando bate nos rochedos,
tenho medo de dormir
e nunca mais acordar.
Eu tenho muito medo de fazer tudo errado.
Tenho medo de não saber amar.
Eu tenho medo da dor de amar.

I'm afraid of the pain of loving Heaven
and belonging to Hell,
I'm afraid of leaving
when I should stay.
I'm afraid of the top of the hill
and the eye of the telescope
I'm afraid of falling down and getting hurt.
I'm afraid of air, fire, sea and wind,
I'm afraid of the place where my thought
can take me to
I'm afraid of the noise the water makes when hits rocks
I'm afraid of going to bed
and never leaving it.
I'm afraid of doing everything wrong.
I'm afraid of not knowing how to love.
I'm afraid of the pain of loving.
